SECTION I. DOCTRINAL STATEMENT
a. Of the Scriptures
We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and the New Testaments as verbally, plenary inspired by God and inerrant in the original writings and that they are supreme and final authority in faith and life. (ll Timothy 3:16-17; II Peter 1:19.)
b. Of the True God
We believe there is one and only one, living and true God, infinite Spirit, the Maker and Supreme Ruler of heaven and earth; inexpressibly glorious in holiness, and worthy of all possible honor, confidence and love; that in the unity of the Godhead there are three persons – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, equal in every divine perfection, and executing distinct but harmonious offices in the great” work of redemption. (Exodus 20:2-3; | Corinthians 8:6;Revelation 4:11; Matthew 28:19; John 10:30;1 Peter 1:2; II Corinthians 13:14).
c. Of Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit in a miraculous manner; born of Mary, a virgin, as no other man was ever or can ever be born of woman and that He is both the Son of God and God the Son. (Genesis 3:15; Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18-25; Luke 1:35; John 1:14).
d. Of the Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine person; equal with God the Father and God the Son and of the same nature; that He was active in the creation; that in His relation to the unbelieving world He restrains the evil one until God’s purpose is fulfilled, that He convicts sin, of righteousness, and of judgment. that He bears witness to the truth of the Gospel in preaching and testimony; that He is the Agent of the new birth; that He seals, baptizes, endues, guides, teaches, witnesses, sanctifies, and helps the believers. (John 14:16-17; Mathew 28:19; Hebrews 9:14: John 14:26; Luke 1:35; Genesis 1:1-3; II Thessalonians 2:7,13 John 16:8-11; John 15:26-27; Acts 5:3-4, 30-32;John 3:5-6 Ephesians 1:13-14;Mark 1:8;John 1:33;Acts 11:16; Luke 24:29; John 16:13; John 16:26;Romans 8:14;lI Thessalonians 2:13; Romans 8:16, 1 Peter 1:2; Romans 8:26-27).
e. Of the Devil or Satan
We believe in the personality of Satan, that he is the unholy god of this age, and the author of all the powers of darkness, and is destined to suffer the judgment of an eternal justice in the lake of fire. Job 1-2; Matthew 4:1-3; Mark 1.13; II Corinthians 4:4; Ephesians 2:2;1 Peter 5:8-9; Revelation 20:10)
f. Of the Creation
We accept the Genesis account of creation and believe that man came by direct creation of God and not b evolution. (Genesis 1-2; Colossians 1: 16-17; John 1:3).
g. Of the Fall of Man
We believe that man was created in innocence under the law of his Maker, but by voluntary transgression fell from his sinless and happy state in consequence of which all mankind are now sinners not only by constraint, but of choice, and therefore under just condemnation without defense or excuse. (Genesis 3:1-6, 24; Romans 5:12, 19,23; Romans 3:10-19; Ephesians 2:1,3; Romans 1:18, 20, 32; Galatians 3:22)
h. Of the Atonement for Sin
We believe that the salvation of sinners is wholly of grace, through the mediatorial office of the Son of God, who by appointment of the Father, freely took upon Him our nature, yet without sin, lived a life of absolute Sinlessness honored the divine law by His personal obedience; and by His death made a full and vicarious atonement for our sins that His atonement consisted not in setting for us an example by His death as a martyr but was the voluntary substitution of Himself in the sinner’s place, the Just dying for the unjust; Christ the Lord, bearing our sins in His own person the tenderest sympathies with divine perfection. He is in every way qualified to be a suitable, a compassionate and an all sufficient Savior. (Ephesians 2:8; Acts 15:11; Romans 3: 24, 25; John 3:16; Matthew 18:11; I Timothy 2:51; Philippians 2:7; Hebrews 2:14; 1 John 3:5; Isaiah 53:4-7; I John 4:10; I Corinthians 15:3-4; II Corinthians 5:21; Philippians 2:8; 1 Peter 2:24; 1 Peter 3:18; Isaiah 53:11; Hebrews 12:2; I Corinthians 15:20; Isaiah 53:12; Hebrews 9:12-15; Hebrews 7:25; I John 2:1-2)
i. Grace in the New Creation
We believe that in order to be saved, sinners must be born again; that the new birth is a new creation in Christ Jesus” It is instantaneous and not a process; that in the new birth the one dead in trespasses and in sins is made a raker or the divine nature and receives eternal life, the free gift of God: that the new creation is brought about in a manner above our comprehension, not by culture, not by character, nor by the will of man, but wholly and solely by the power of the Holy Spit in connection with divine truth, so as to secure our voluntary obedience to the Gospel, that its power and evidence appears in the repentance and faith and newness of life. (John 3:3, 6-8; 1; Corinthians 5:17,19; I John 5:1; Acts 16:30-33; II Peter 1:4; Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:1; Colossians 2:13; John 1:12-13; Galatians 5:22-23; Ephesians 5:9).
j. Of Justification
We believe that the great Gospel blessing which Christ secures to those who believed in Him is justification (1) the justification includes the pardon of sin, and the gift of eternal life on principles of righteousness:(2) that it is bestowed not in consideration or any woks or righteousness which we have done, but solely through faith in the Redeemer’s blood whereby He becomes our Righteousness. (Acts 13:39; Isaiah 53:11; Zechariah 13:1, Romans 3.26; Romans 8:1; Romans 5:9,17-19; Titus 3.5-7; Romans 1:17; Habbakuk 2.4; Galatians 3:11; Hebrews 10:38; Romans 4.1)
k. Of Faith and Salvation
We believe that faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is the only condition of salvation. (Acts16:31; Romans 4:5; Romans 10:13)
l. Of the Local Church
We believe that a local church should be, insofar as it is humanly possible; a true local manifestation of the universal church- the body, building and bride of Christ – and that it is a congregation of believers who have been baptized by immersion, associated by a covenant of faith and fellowship of the Gospel; observing the ordinances of Christ; governed by His laws; and exercising the gifts, rights and privileges invested in them by His word; that its primary officers are pastors/elders/bishop and deacons whose qualifications, claims and duties, are clearly defined in the Scriptures; we believe the true mission of the church is the faithful witnessing for Christ to all men as we have the opportunity, We hold that the local church has the absolute right of self-government, free from the interference of any hierarchy of individuals or organizations; has the one and only Superintendent is Christ, through the Holy Spirit, that it is scriptural for true churches to cooperate with one another in contending for the faith and for the furtherance of the Gospel; that every church is the sole and only judge of the measure and method of its cooperation that all matters of membership, of policy, of government, of discipline, of ordination, and of benevolence, the will of the local Church is final. (Ephesians 1:22-23; Colossians 1:18; Ephesians 4:11, 22-23; I Corinthians 3:9,16; II Corinthians 11:2; Revelation 19:7-9; Acts 2:41-42; Acts 20:17-28: I Timothy 3:1-13; Acts 15:13-18, 22; I Corinthians 5:5, 13).
m. Of the Lord’s Day
We believe that in this Age of Grace, the Lord’s day which is the first day of the week, the day of our Lord’s resurrection, is the proper day for Christian worship and service; and that it ought to be kept sacred to religious purposes, by abstinence from all unnecessary secular labor and from recreations and activities which are unbecoming on such a day. (Acts 20:7; I Corinthians 16:2; Mark 16:2; Luke 24:11)
n. Of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper
We believe that Christian baptism is the immersion of a believer in water to show forth in a solemn and beautiful emblem our faith in the crucified, buried and risen Savior, with its effect in our death to sin and resurrection to a new life; that it is prerequisite to the privileges of a church relation. We believe that the Lord’s Supper is the commemoration of His death until He comes again, and should be preceded always by solemn self- examination. (Acts 8:36-39; John 3:23; Romans 6:3-5; Mathew 26:26-30; I Corinthians 11:23-31).
o. Of Separation from World and Apostasy
We believe that separation from apostasy, liberalism, and all organizations compromising the truth of the Word of God as well as from all Worldliness is binding upon every child of God and every true church. (II Corinthians 6:14-18; Jude 3,4; Il John 6:11; Galatians 1:8-9; 1 John 2:15-16; Titus 2:12; I Peter 4:2)
p. Of the Security of the Saints
We believe that all that are truly born again are kept by God the Father for Jesus Christ. (Philippians 1:6; John 10:28-29; Romans 8:35-39; Ephesians 4:30; Romans 8:23; Jude 1)
q. Of Civil Government
We believe that civil government is of divine appointment, for the interests and good order of human society; that magistrates are to be prayed for, conscientiously honored and obeyed, except only in things opposed to the will of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the only Lord of the conscience, and the coming Prince of the kings of the earth. (Romans 13:1-7; Acts 5:29; 4:19-20; Daniel 3:17-18; Mathew 10:28; 23:10; Revelation 19:16; Philippians 2:10-11; Psalms 72:11).
r. Of the Righteous and the Wicked
We believe that there is a radical and essential difference between the righteous and the wicked; that suich only as through faith are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and sanctified by the Spirit of our God, are truly righteous in His esteem; while all those who continue in impenitence and unbelief are in His sight wicked. (Romans 7:6: Romans 6:23; Proverbs 14:32, Luke 16:25, 26; Matthew 25:34-41; Mathew 7:13-14).
s. Of Heaven and Hell
We believe that there will be new heaven and a new earth, that the heavenly destiny of the righteous is a fact established not by human reason but by divine revelation, that heaven is the Believer’s future home and is described in the Scripture as: (Acts 14:17; Genesis 1:14; II Corinthians 12:2; Deuteronomy 10.14; Collosians 1:5; 1 Peter 1.3.5; IThessalonians 4:16-17).

4) A place of holy delights and satisfactions. (Revelation 22:14)
5) A place of great light and glory. (Revelation 21:23)
We believe that hell is the final abode and condition of the sinful and wicked, that it is a place with a definite location and inhabited not only of souls but of bodies, a place desorbed in the Scripture as follows: (Mathew 5.29; 10:28; 25:46; Revelation 20:15, Luke 16:28)
1)A place of unholy associations (Revelation 21:8; 22.15)
